1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTION
Domestic Shipping:
Standard: 5-7 Business Days ($5.80, Free over $99)
Express: 3-5 Business Days ($10)
Next Day: 1-2 Business Days ($20)
Local Delivery:
Local Delivery Standard: Minimum 2 Business days (Free)
Delivery Times: Monday - Saturday 9 am - 5 pm
*Extended Delivery Hours During Holiday Season are Available*
2. PROCESSING TIME
All Items are made-to-order with love & grace. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, not including weekends and/or Federal Holidays. Once the item(s) have been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be provided to the customer.
Larger items may be subject to longer processing time.
3. CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are any questions about canceling an order, please contact us within 24 hrs of submitting your order.
4. RETURNS
At this time we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please feel free to contact us.
5. DELAYED ORDERS
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please contact the shipping carrier first for shipment status.
6. DAMAGED ORDERS
GodSpeed.LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the care of the shipping provider. If your item(s) have arrived damaged, please contact us so we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
